We’re always on the lookout for new talent, from seasoned professionals to recent college or high-school graduates. We support employees through continuing education programs and a wide array of advancement opportunities.
Account executive trainee program:
After graduating with an undergraduate, graduate or doctoral degree, new hires are taught the nuts and bolts of healthcare communication through on-the-job training. Trainees work on client projects within a team and take on more and more responsibility for their subprojects as they progress through the one-year trainee program. The year of training ends with an external multiday seminar.
Creative vocational training program:
We provide full-scale vocational training in digital and print media design with a concentration in design and technology. Trainees learn the fundamentals of typographic and visual design and gain insights into marketing, project management, screen design and cross media. The program normally runs for two-and-a-half years and includes one day of class at a trade school each week.
